I've had this on a couple VE's recently. Here's what I did to get it working...

From the command line of the hardware node:

    'vzctl mount veid'

Once the VE is mounted, copy the contents of the windows\system32\drivers\ directory on the hardware node to the same directory on the VE ( - c:\vz\private\veid\windows\system32\drivers\ )

    Then start the VE:

    'vzctl start veid'

This should get the VE running. However I have found that another restart of the VE after performing this procedure will cause it not to boot with the same error, so it is important that after you get the VE up and running you log in and uninstall any MS updates that were manually installed via WindowsUpdate.

    Hope this helps!

You can use the following article to troubleshoot issues like that:

    http://kb.swsoft.com/en/2095

Corresponding errors appear in system events of the node that point to an affected driver.

You can find the driver name in system events of the windows server.

With such very little info don't expect a relevant answer... ;)
Try the KB article mentioned before & check the event logs.
