    Hi,

    Initial status : everything normal within HSPC prior to what follows:

    Knowing the above, I've just upgraded Win2K3 64bit edition Boxe from VZ3.5.1 to VZ 4.x .. no problem during installation.

    However after installation when I check into HSPC , I can see that the Virtuozzo Node is "not available"

    For info : license SUS OK, upgraded during process of upgrade and checked before process as well .. no problem !

    What's is strange is that prior to that upgrade everything was justy fine in HSPC.

    Can someone help me out ?

    Is there any error in /var/log/hspc/vzagent.log?

    Check the SVE IP on Virtuozzo node. Was it changed to private IP after the upgrade? If so you may either recreate SVE with old IP or change the IP in Parallels Business Automation - Standard (former HSPcomplete).

    To do this you should:
    1. in PCC > System Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Nodes select the node;
    2. open "General Settings" tab and press "Connect" button;
    3. enter the node IP, vzagent0 password and press "Next" button.

    I also recommend you read following article.

    Thanks for the follow-up Victor and the procedure,

    I did also followed the article before upgrading to VZ 4.0
    Problem was apparently related to the fact that the old host key had to be removed from :

    /var/www/.ssh/known_hosts:
