Urgent: Who do you contact as a reseller when you cannot solve a client issue?

    I'm not sure what has happened since Parallels became Odin, but it appears impossible to contact a real live support person about a major issue.

    We are partners and resell licenses to our clients, but have a client who is getting a 500 error when trying to login as administrator to Plesk.

    We have no idea how to solve the issue and cannot submit a ticket through the Odin interface as it rejects the keys which are all listed in our reseller panel as active.

    What do we do?
