Update mail settings of the subscription - Unable to create hosting. Ip address does

    When adding a subscription I'm getting the following:

    "Update mail settings of the subscription #43"

    "Unable to create hosting. Ip address does not exist in client's pool"

    We're using PPA 11.1 Update #14. The PPA cluster consists of a management node, web node and email node.

    Any suggestions as to the cause of this problem or how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the link ... got me looking in the right place for the problem.

    Fixed was done by going to:

    Marketing -> Brands -> Configure

    then:

    Server -> IP Addresses

    The IP address for our mail server node was set as dedicated when it needed to be shared. Changed and now new subscriptions are being created without error.
