When logged in as a customer:
    Click "Add Domain"
Currently "Document root" just states site2 for example.

It would be less confusing for the customer if the "Document root" by default matches the domain name so for example if you add example.com the "Document root" should be pre-filled with example.com.
It can still be changeable but most people probably leave it at the default, and I can see already the support question:

"which of the folders is for domain example.com" (even though it is listed in the control panel)

    Greetings:

    Good point.

In H-Sphere, we have /hsphere/local/home/[user id]/[domain name] as the HTML document root.

So when a a customer give you either the user id (you may have to ask for which domain name if they have multiple) or just the domain name, it is easier to trouble shoot and help them.

    Thank you.

/home/[user id]/[domain name] should be the preferred notation for the document root(s) of a domain.

Thank you, guys. This is a good input. I will bring up the default naming of the site docroot with Plesk developers.
