Where can I find out why a subscription auto suspended?
I would like to know the answer to this as well - basically until I can find out why, I had to allow over-usage on plans -and you cannot make all subscriptions have over-usage easily - it's a manual thing - even when they show "over-usage allowed" - it's NOT!

I need to get info on why/how subscriptions are being turned off by PPA - it just turns them off silently and I get to find out when the customers call us up screaming... why does it seem to do this without NOTICE?!?!?
In our case it was suspending subscriptions for overage on disk space usage. The Resources table in PPA doesnt show the correct figure when an overage happens, but if you Log in as Customer you will see the overage in the Plesk Panel.
This has been fixed in 11.5.
