    Hi

We have a minor issue where for some fields in the online store (and possibly other areas), the labels on text-boxes display an error and missing strings, the ones that we have found are below:
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csrorganization) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csraddress1) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csraddress2) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csraddress3) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csrlocality) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csrstateprovince) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csrpostalcode) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_csrcountry) NOT FOUND!
    • Error: STRING (ssl_field_certificate_dunsnumber) NOT FOUND!
These seem to be concentrated to the Primary Contact section for SSL Certificates, however Phone, Fax and Incorporating Agency Registration Number seem to be fine. The only reason that I can think this might have happened is that we copied the language pack into the custom area recently but later removed the custom language pack.

    Any help would be great,
    Thanks,
    Aaron

    Aaron,

Those constants are define in eNom plugin. It is ok by default. Looks like file hspc-plugin-ssl-enom.xml with your and English localization are broken. Please check it.

If you still have this issue, please contact parallels support - we need access to your server for investigation.

Hi, I'm not at my desk right now so can't check, but we are using the GlobalSign plugin for SSL not eNom, not sure if that would explain why but I'll update when I can check.

    Thanks
    Aaron

Hi I have just checked the GlobalSign XML file and added the missing entries, although it doesn't seem to have taken effect, is there something else that I need to do?

    Code:
    [aaron@mn2 EN]$ pwd
    /var/opt/hspc-root/i18n/EN
    [aaron@mn2 EN]$ diff hspc-plugin-ssl-globalsign.xml.backup hspc-plugin-ssl-globalsign.xml

There also seems to be other fields that are missing that I haven't listed here.

    Thanks
