Question to latest Virtuozzo CTs for Windows and Updates

    we installed new VM with Server 2008R2 SP1 with Virtuozzo 6. Server does have all Windows and Parallels Updates installed.
    On the first test Container, restored from another node, Windows Help files will not open correctly .CHM
    On VMs with older Updatelevel those chm files were working correctly.
    Are you aware of problems with those files actually? What can we do?

    Hello Georg,

    Whenever you migrate containers between nodes, or restore a backup taken from one node, to another, you should make sure hosts are identical in terms of updates, otherwise you might experience issues like this one.
    There is no ultimate universal solution I can write down, it takes some work and analysis to solve problems like that.
    I'd recommend you to contact Virtuozzo Tehnical Support team in order to work this out.
