PPA Service Plans Error In PBAS

    Hi,

    I have just completed the PPA 11.5 integration with PBAS 4.5. Now PPA service plan customers get this error when logged in PBAS CP:

    PA control panel is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

    I'm attaching all configuration. I hope I didn't forget anything...

    Hello,

    Please check that you have 4.5.1 (last update) version of PBAS.

    If you have 4.5.1 version please contact Parallels support, I can't say nothing about this issue without logs.

    Thanks Fedor. I have build 4.5.1-15. How to generate the logs?

    /var/log/hspc/hspc.log

    Logs should be in Debug state. (Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Log Settings)

    First of all I can't get access to your log - Forbidden.
    But it is not secure share logs in public internet.

    Please create ticket in Parallels support. Our team login to your server, collect needed logs and provide reason of this issue.
