Is there any reason why php is not part of the HSP installation? We are working on intergrating our existing website into HSP so that is works with the store page as well as out regular indexed website. Now we use live help that requires PHP. Well HSP server does not have php installed on it. Can this be done ?? without destroying the system??

It you are using HSPcomplete inside a VPS, just install php-fc1 template. If your HSPcomplete is installed on the real box, you can install PHP from Redhat. Probably you will need to fix apache configuration manually.

Please note that there are two httpd daemons in HSPcomplete, frontend (static data and images) and backend (database queries and task manager). You will need to fix frontend configuration.

Please backup /etc/httpd/ before installing PHP.
