PBAS Revenue Sharing Report Failed and License Failed to Update

    Hi

    Recently an error showed up in PBAS:

    I'm not sure where to go with this, similarly today a warning appeared: "Parallels Business Automation - Standard license update has been failed." However when visiting the provided link, all seems normal with the license.

    Any ideas?

    You can provide it to me as personal message on this forum.

    Firstly we should understand why PBAS can't send revenue report and than we can try to understand why license is not renewed.

    For resend revenue report please go to:
    Top > Billing Director > Report Manager > Revenue Shared Report
    Enter to report which can't be sent and press resend button.

    Hi, I have checked there, and it seemed that one for April had sent successfully, however one for March had not been sent, I resent it and it seems to have went ok. I have also checked the license status and it seems that it is now up to date, so it seems this issue may have fixed itself.
