I have 2 plesk panel servers on amazon ec2 that I installed with the plesk image and kb help.

I want to add PBAS into the mix to sell shared hosting to our clients.

First, is this a supported configuration with ec2?

Second, I didn't find a premade ec2 image for PBAS. Should I setup a standard 64bit centos 6 instance and do a standard PBAS install?

Are there any other gotchas that I should be aware of?

    Thank you.

Just wondering if you've made any progress with this. I have a plesk instance running on ec2 with an obas install on a container not in the AWS network. My obas fails to register the new node with "IP not configured as shared" because, I'm assuming, the public IP I'm connecting to is not the aws internal IP as registered in plesk. Anyone know the fix for this?

    Hello.

OBAS should be installed inside Virtuozzo container, and this is the best known way to deploy product.

    Hello.

Currently OBAS do not support NAT for Plesk. OBAS should connect to the same IP that Plesk uses.
