PBAS inbound/outbound call logs

    Are there any plans to add to PBAS option to enter in customer records inbound/outbound calls so that we can keep a record of calls we make to the customers?

    You can add comments to customer accounts. See screen shot below.

    But does customer have access to the comments? It's the Show comment to all option right? Is there any chance to add sections to comments? so that we could create Outbound call option for filtering, etc?

    A simple category type in the comments would allow for many possibilities like this.
