    Hi,

I'm trying to set-up the Virtuozzo node of my Parallels Cloud Server (v. 6) on PBAS, but I can't get past the inital page, where I enter the IP and login information.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance,
    Konstantinos

    You go to
Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Nodes
Click on "New Node" and doesn't see page, where enter the IP and login information?

Unfortunately, when I try to do that, I get the following error message: Hardware node is inaccessible.

It is very stranger situation. May be you server has limited resources?

    Please run this:

    cat /proc/user_beancounters

And check that you haven't failcnt.

It's an E3-1270v3 with 32GB ECC RAM, I highly doubt it has been caused due to limited resources. Where should I run this? On PBAS's container or on The HW node?

So if failcout is empty I can't say the reason of this issue without login to your node. Please fill up support ticket to parallels support and we investigate this issue.
