OBAS License Has Disappeared

    We can logon to the panel but when we get there we get the following message:

    • Application has run out of Parallels Business Automation - Standard licenses.
    • Parallels Business Automation - Standard license for the application is expired, invalid, or missing.
    • Server is temporarily overloaded.

    If I click on Configuration Manager and go to Licenses and try to update license I get an error message that there is no license. I cannot connect to support because they require a license to validate the support call.

    Any suggestions?

    If you have a valid license, it should be able to be uploaded. Please check the license you try to upload, it content should looks like (I've take one of the oldies):
