Memory Allocation Parameters / SLM in Virtuozzo 3.0

    @madsere: so many thanks to you.
    But i still have one more question.
    When i want to set allow max bandwith to 2Mbs, i have to edit rate guarantee or total rate ? I had setup a new Class 2 with total rate is 2048 and rate guarantee is 8 :| is it correct ?

    I haven't used rate for a long time as we don't limit the bandwidth, so I'd have to read it up in the manual which is in the office so it won't be until Monday.

    Maybe someone else provide your answer before then.

    slm memory

    so i assume that as long as i have those perameters set in those files and rebooted the HW node it will be like that from now on.. including new VPS's that are created from here on out

    I'm a little confused here. How do I check (via command line) how much total memory is applied to a specific vps?

    I entered the specific vps I'm referring to, and see this
    Now VZMC shows

    I want a total of 512MB memory for this vps, include burst amount (limit)

    First column from free -m is the amount of memory in your VE, i.e. in your case ca. 10 GB.

    What does 'cat /proc/meminfo' say?
