    I am trying to import account data from PBAS v4.3.2-08 (using the Migration/Export tool) to a clean install of v4.5.1-15 and it fails with the following error:

    Cannot create a new account Mr. *** ****
    No account with ID=3706 has been found. Check ID or remove this tag if you want to create a new account.

    This makes no sense to me. Of course it is not going to find account ID's since this is a clean install. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Remove attribute "id" from tag "account".
    i.e. change <account id="2"> to <account>

    Thank you but that did not help. I received the following error"

    Error at line 19, column 10, byte 359 : </where>
    </filter>
    </filters>
    <account="3706">
    =========^
    <type>CUSTOMER</type>
    <status>active</status>
    <is_corporate>0</is_corporate>

    I did however receive a reply back from your Twitter support page and was told I need to upgrade my current version to the version I want to migrate to because the XML format has changed in the newer version. Then I can export the XML with the proper format. This is extremely frustrating but I'm sure there is a good reason for it.

    Sorry I reread your reply and realized that I misunderstood. So I tried again and it worked! The only thing is I wanted to keep the existing account numbers. Any suggestion on that?
