HspComplete Install problem

    Hi there,

    During installation period, I got an error message called "An error occurred when installing HSPcomplete. No products match current OS installation". need a help or advise. thanks a lot.

    It is mentioned in the install doc that you should remove some Perl modules, if you haven't done so you should run these commands as root:

    # rpm -e perl-Digest-MD5 --nodeps
    # rpm -e perl-Storable --nodeps
    # rpm -e perl-Filter --nodeps

    Ok, if you check /tmp/product_installer.log there should be some errors.

    If you take a look and search for failed dependencies it should give you a clue as to where its failing, I had this problem when installing a clean install on CentOS.

    last lines of log ate below but it should not give me any clue as to where it's failed.

    If you search through the log for a term such as "unresolved" it should turn up what is missing.

    From memory, it may be something like openssl or something similar.

    If you want to upload the log somewhere and PM me the link to it feel free and I can take a minute and have a look :)

    finally I found the problem : ) ... it's about idn library. I've installed libidn-0.5.15-1.i386.rpm . It's now ok. thanks for all your effort.
