HSP Service Unavailable!!!

    hi there I have this message in my hsp:

    Unfortunately, the application you are trying to access is unavailable.

    # Application has run out of HSPcomplete licenses.
    # HSPcomplete license for the application is expired, invalid, or missing.
    # Server is temporarily overloaded.

    # If the problem is not resolved in several minutes, please contact the HSPcomplete administrator.


    But. the license is valid and up to date. the server is stable.

    i dont know what to do. i cant access any configuration page on the control panel.

    Please HELP!!!!!

    sorry for pushing up this old thread, but it's the only one I found.

    sometimes I have the same error, now in Parallels Business Automation - Standard, and the error is basically the same:

    At the same time I see this in the log:

    I have a test PBAS installation and temporary license, but this problem is intermittent and appears/disappears for no reason (or at least I can't see it) therefore it just bugs me and I would like to find out the reason for such behaviour.

    Can anyone advise anything?

    ProviderCC license violation means that there were too many people logged to /pcc simultaneously. Seems your license allows limited logins as Provider to /pcc at the same time. You should check license limits.

    Thanks for the explanation! that's very strange, because I'm sure that all license limits shown in the control panel were unlimited. Too bad I can't reproduce it, it comes and goes for no apparent reason..
