I have installed PBA 5.4 on a CentOS 6 Server successfully but am unable to connect to the initial login screen.

I get taken to a page saying "Server is temporarily closed for maintenance".

PBA starts up without any errors but when looking in the apache logs I found this which I suspect is the cause of the issue:

[Sat Jun 08 19:13:58 2013] [error] failed to connect to local socket /tmp/www-webgate-socket (Permission denied)
[Sat Jun 08 19:16:04 2013] [error] failed to connect to local socket /tmp/www-webgate-socket (Permission denied)

I have tried various permission levels and owner (from root to apache) on the www-webgate-socket file and the /tmp folder without any success.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

    Just disable selinux.
It denies apache to connect to sockets.
