I'm using CloudLinux to easily provide multiple versions of PHP, along with CageFS and lvemanager, all of which works just fine with Plesk Automation. Except one thing -- when a customer changes PHP settings from the control panel, the changes are written to /var/www/vhosts/system/ which is great. Unfortunately, the CloudLinux setup using all the alt-php* packages never looks at that file to grab settings, so the changes never take effect.

This seems like it should be a fairly simple thing to fix, but after much hair-pulling I've gotten nowhere. I've pored over both the CloudLinux and Plesk Automation documentation but haven't found how to either change where PPA writes the custom PHP settings to or change where CloudLinux's PHP setup looks for php.ini files to use. Anyone know what I'm missing?

Did you ever find a solution for this?
