    Hi,

    I want to transfer a domain so the administratif contact didn't confirm before the end of the delay.

    So i would like to start again but the domain is again in pbas and i've go a message that is ever created.

    How i can cancel the order for the transfert ?

    Hi Nico,

    You may simple resubmit failed order on domain transfer for provisioning.

    Thx for you answer.

    Where i can do this ?

    When i try to restart transfert, the system said that the domain is already created.

    1. Go to Billing Director > Receivable > Documents > Orders,
    2. Find your order on domain transfer (it should be in pending state)
    3. Press "Process Order" button.
