    Hello,

I experience now which fail to connect VM network interface to Bridged mode.

At first, I have created 'Bridged' interface already

    -------
    # prlsrvctl net list
Network ID Type Bound To Bridge Slave interfaces
    Bridged bridged bond0 br0 veth42d19384,vme427baca8
    Host-Only host-only virbr0
    ------

and then create new network interface to VM and bind it to Bridged network and got the error

    --------
    # prlctl set newvm_win2012 --device-add net --network Bridged --adapter-type e1000
Enable automatic reconfiguration for this network adapter.
    VM configuration validation result(s) :
    * The physical network adapter connected to virtual network adapter 1 does not exist. Do you want to save the virtual machine configuration anyway? If you click Yes now, this virtual network adapter will not be connected at the virtual machine startup.

    # prlctl set newvm_win2012 --device-set net0 --ipadd 111.222.333.444/24 --gw 111.222.333.1 --nameserver 8.8.8.8
Enable automatic reconfiguration for this network adapter.

    ------

Does anything I have make mistake there?

    ----- VM network config ------
    # prlctl list -i newvm_win2012 | grep net0

    Boot order: hdd0 cdrom0 fdd0 net0
    net0 (+) dev='vme427baca8' network='Bridged' mac=001C427BACA8 card=e1000 ips='111.222.333.444/255.255.255.0 ' gw='111.222.333.1'
    ---------

You can see I from 'prlsrvctl net list' interface vme427baca8 already connected to 'Bridged'.

    Thanks in advance

That is another case and another node.

It will when config with CT. Don't know why not working for VM.

It looks that I have problem when using --adapter-type e1000.

If I using --adapter-type virtio then it will work fine.

    Don't know what reason.

    Works for me:
    Code:
    [root@asgard ~]# prlctl set testvm --device-set net1 --adapter-type e1000 --network Bridged
    Configure net1 (+) dev='vme4248f38d' network='Bridged' mac=001C4248F38D card=e1000

    Configured net1 (+) dev='vme4248f38d' network='Bridged' mac=001C4248F38D card=e1000

The VM has been successfully configured.
    [root@asgard ~]#

If you still experience issues with e1000 I'd recommend you to contact support - it's difficult ot investigate such problems over the forum
