Disappointed at not getting any help from Parallels forum and also the KB is so incomplete.

    Hi Nitesh,

Is the node that you are trying to add the ip pool to a master or slave node? You can only add pools to master nodes.

Which tool are you using to try and add the pool? PVA? PIM? PMC?

    Cheers,

    Andrew

I am trying to add it in the Master Node. I tried doing it using PMC. Can it be done using command line?

I'm not really sure. I should have a new Windows server installed in the next couple of days. Otherwise I don't currently have a "Master" node that I can test with because I'm using PVA. How do you manage your nodes? Do you just use PMC?

    Cheers,

    Andrew

We use only PVC to manage the Virtuozzo hardware node.

Blake Tyra, I did not want to continue the thread in WHT and hence I am updating here. How can I add IP Pool using PVA. Kindly guide me. As far as I know after upgrading to Virtuozzo 4.6, the Hardware node cannot be managed via web interface.

I finally found out how to setup PVA Control Center and could add IP Pool for a Hardware Node. It is a pity that I never got any help from the Parallels forum.
